I specialize in working with young adults, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, loss and grief, self-esteem troubles, and spiritual crisis. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Currently seeing clients via HIPAA compliant teletherapy.
Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions available. Weekdays Only. The initial meeting will include thorough assessment of psychiatric, biological, and sociocultural history to determine accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment plan.
